Outreach is such an important part of who we are here at Northeast that it is actually represented by one of the “3 C’s” found in our church logo. We use one word to define outreach - much like Christ did all throughout the Gospel - Compassion. Time and time again, as Christ encountered people, Scripture says that Jesus “had compassion on them.” (Matthew 20:34; Mark 6:34)
Compassion isn't just a feeling. Compassion is a heartfelt concern for others that moves us to action. As a church, we are strong in our resolve to be a people called to compassionate action. We believe this begins at the front door of our own campus, reaches out through our local community and continues to the furthest corners of the globe.
